“S/4 HANA manufacturing for planning and scheduling”

A powerful planning and scheduling tool.

PP/DS (Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling) has formerly been the production planning tool in SAP APO as part of the SAP SCM Business Suite and is now migrating to SAP S/4 HANA as an embedded solution. It comes along with quite a few simplifications with regards to integration of data and business processes. Fiori-based apps such as capacity monitoring, the Gantt production scheduling planning board and shift maintenance are available as well.

In general, PP/DS includes these features:
